CAFETERIA (DINING HALL)

A team of cooks (2-3 people) who prepare 3 meals per day, 7 days a week for the dormitory students (and dorm parents)
HOSPITALITY and LAUNDRY

1 hostess (or helper) to serve in the hospitality department.

1 person to do the laundry for the dormitory students (clothes and bedding) and for the dining hall (towels)
-
The laundry room is open 6 days a week.

MAINTENANCE
-
2 individuals experienced in construction, bricklaying, and lawn maintenance
-
1 mechanic to maintain and repair small gasoline and diesel engines

1 electrician
BUYING
-
1 individual to buy food for the dining hall and the PQQ co-op (what we call our “store”)
-
This individual also buys supplies for the other departments – dormitories, school, laundry, maintenance, and hospitality.
